Check the product identification, check whether the packaging identification does not meet the requirements, whether there is a mandatory certification mark, the origin of whether the forgery or fraudulent use of other people's factory names, factory addresses, certification marks are forged or fraudulent use. Check the product into the factory customs, check the implementation of the system of acceptance of the operator into the factory, supervise and guide the operator to conscientiously fulfill the responsibilities and obligations of commodity quality, the strict implementation of the quality of the main responsibility of the operator, the establishment of a complete inbound and outbound sales ledger, to verify the main qualifications of the supplier.

The inspection involved 123 law enforcement officers, 36 vehicles and 210 households. 160 baby strollers, 11 electric vehicles, one washing machine, one fire emergency light and three electric kettles with 3C certification but no certification mark were ordered to be dealt with; seven silk bare electric stoves and one three-no electric pot sold by three operators in Hualong Hui Autonomous County and Methodist Salar Autonomous County were confiscated on the spot; in addition, the operators of 3C products were interviewed and ordered to rectify the situation. , it also interviewed and ordered rectification of operators of 3C products, who were found to have incomplete collection of 3C certification certificates, irregular organization of accounts as well as lax control of incoming goods.

　　At the same time, the special inspection team of the city's only inclusion in the mandatory product certification directory of safety glass manufacturers Haidong Chuangcheng Trading Co., Ltd. conducted an inspection, checked its production of products and their sales packages labeled with the consistency of the content of the certification and the establishment of certified enterprise files. The inspection did not find forgery, fraudulent or over the scope of use of certification and other violations; the city has no production of electric furnaces, wire and cable, low-voltage switchgear enterprises.

In order to raise awareness of the importance of mandatory certification of products to protect consumer health and safety, Haidong market supervision departments to increase the publicity of mandatory certification of products, significantly improve the dealers and people's understanding of mandatory certification of products. At the same time, six counties and districts in Haidong key areas and key products were supervised and guided, seven shopping malls were inspected, and more than 40 electric bicycles, fire-fighting products, agricultural products, children's products and business stores were inspected. Common problems such as incomplete tickets and irregular sales accounts were found. Timely feedback was given to the county and district bureaus, and a trading company selling baby strollers without 3C markings was interviewed and a ticket was issued to an electric bicycle store with incomplete tickets.
